The pharmacy of Saint Saviour

A selection of vases, texts, and documents.

The 30th of November at 3 pm professor Paola Brusa, from the Department of Drug Science and Technology of the University of Turin and the Order of Pharmacists of Turin, will present the results of a study dedicated to the design of an innovative way of displaying the vases and objects of the antique Franciscan pharmacy in Terra Sancta Museum (Saint Saviour monastery).

On the same day a small exhibition will be open to the public, it is a unique opportunity to see some of the antique apothecary vases, recently restored, together with the original documents and books used by the pharmacist brothers to prepare their medications.

The exhibition will be open from the 30th November until the 8th December 2016, free entrance, from 10am to 5 pm.
