Exhibition requirements (if applicable)
I require financial support for the production of the prototype of my design. I am aware that the maximum amount that the organisation will cover is 150 € and only if I am under 25 years old or all team members are under 25 years old.
By submitting my design, I declare that:
The design meets any and all applicable statutory safety regulations, and I indemnify Pro Terra Sancta Association (PTS), the Terra Sancta Museum (TSM), and all those involved in organising the Award against any third-party claims in respect thereof.
The design is mine, and it does not breach the rights of others, such as copyrights, intellectual rights, and trademark rights, and I indemnify Pro Terra Sancta and the Terra Sancta Museum against any claims from third parties who think they hold pre-existing rights to my work.
I grant Pro Terra Sancta and the Terra Sancta Museum permission to exhibit my work and use it for PR or marketing purposes.
